What the forms ask for
The general enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic and message. A phone or WhatsApp number is optional. Residency and accommodation enquiries are directed to the separate Grand Burnham Hut website.
Share only what is needed to explain your enquiry. Please do not include children’s names, medical histories, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in the general message field.
Where submissions go
The website uses Formspree to process Foundation contact form submissions. The information you enter is sent to that service for delivery to the Foundation. The Foundation can use the details you supply to respond to the enquiry and discuss the arrangements you requested.
If you prefer not to submit a form, you can use the telephone number on our contact page. Ask the team how best to share information that needs more careful handling.
Donation links
Donation buttons take you to PayPal to complete your gift. Card or banking details are entered on PayPal’s service, not in a payment form hosted on this website. Review the information and choices provided there before completing a payment.
Links to other services
The website links to external services, including Facebook, media coverage and the separate Grand Burnham Hut website. Those services operate their own websites and handle information under their own arrangements.
Website technology
The current website package does not include advertising trackers or visitor analytics scripts. It uses JavaScript for navigation and form submission. The hosting provider and external form or payment services may process technical information needed to operate their services.
Questions about your information
If you want to correct information in an enquiry, ask about its use, or request removal of a previous message, contact the Foundation. Include the approximate submission date and the email address used so the team can identify your enquiry. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
For detailed questions about record retention, service providers or a particular request, contact the Foundation before sharing additional personal information.
